If you go buy a moneypak card (apparently sold at most major retailers) to instantly put money on your paypal account, you get a free $10 (offer good for the next two weeks). It sounded like $20 was the smallest denomination, but I'm not sure since I've never seen them before. I'll be keeping an eye for them the next time I'm at the store though for sure
