Perhaps a silly question, but will the ticket have my name on it? I ordered for my parents as a gift and so I'm hoping I can give them the tickets without any issues of my having to be present when they use the tickets.

Ok, I must be missing something? How is this a deal if you are buying 8 day tickets. The disneyworld site says the price for an 8 day ticket for 2 adults & 1 child is $627. If this deal is $59 for a ticket, times 3 people times 8 days is over $1400.

What am I missing here. Is the $627 per person so it is $1881 for our tickets?

As keishashadow showed in Post #34 if you are going for one, two, or three days and not hopping it is worthwhile. If you are going for four or more days it is not worthwhile.

A few side notes from a person who works tickets at the parks.

(1) These are technically (as far as Disney is concerned) complimentary tickets and cannot be upgraded in any way. This means that you cannot add hopping, WPF&M, more days, or No Expire.

(2) They must be used by 12/30/2010; if not they are no longer valid.

We are doing a quick 2 day trip for spring break - we'll be in Cape Coral fl & the "gals" are sneaking away for 2 nights...anway on the WDW site 6 2-day passes with shipping was $841.38, on the Hospital site, it was $724 AND I got to make a nice big donation to a great cause! I am a little confused about the tickets in general, but we booked the bounceback for free dining while there lst September and as such have a one day ticket already as required for that package,. Can someone help me figure out if there is any savings with purchasing additional days with this option or if I should just increase the number of days thru Disney. I would love to help out the hospital if it is close to being the same amount for the tickets. We would need 3 more days of tickets ...

Also, is there any place to buy a discounted one day water park ticket?

(3) Without see any of the tickets, and knowing how some other comps work, not only must they be used by the end of 2010, but they will only be valid for 14 days once they are used once.

I just received mine and they are individual tickets for one day each. My name is not printed on the back. They also are just like the tickets you get at the park (paper type) and state they are complimentary. I don't think the 14 day thing is an issue since once you enter the park with one ticket it is no longer valid (except for reentry) but that ticket has nothing to do with the others I ordered.

For those of you who have received yours...did they come Fed Ex? If so, did you have to sign for them? I'll be gone tomorrow when they are supposed to be delivered so I need to plan what to do.

Thanks again to OP. I usually dontate to a charity monthly (we are between churches) so I look at this a HUGE bonus. Yes, I could get 10 day pass and save lots of money, but I look at them as FREE since I'd be donating to a charity anyway. FREE is GOOD!!!!

I have an AP, but the ability to have a couple of 1 day tickets on hand for a reduced price is a great deal and we are helping a worthy cause

I had a friend that worked for ABC radio and she gave us her comp 1 day tickets (8) one year.

We used 4 and then I used the others whenever I had guests that just wanted a day at the parks.

whether ebay or otherwise, always a shark somebody willing to prey on another person in the name of enterprise . shame, lots of peeps aren't "in the know" and can easily be fleeced...although i don't think it violates any eBay policy to sell "information/budget hints"

Thank you so much for posting this. I feel great about having made a donation and these tickets are great for us. I buy 10 day non expiring tickets and then use them a little at a time each trip but it never fails that the tickets all have different days left on them from some solo or girls only/boys only type trips. I bought 4 of these to just fill in the gaps on those tickets. Perfect for us! Thanks!

Thank you for posting this. Are you going to use the tickets soon? It would be great to keep this thread going so we can hear of success stories in using the tickets. Not that I'm nervous of their validity, but I bought them as gifts and I'd hate for the recipients to run into any issues. Thanks!

I'm hoping to go the 29th of March. I want to see the flower and garden festival at Epcot and it won't be to warm then. If not then, sometime in April. I'll post as soon as I use the tickets. I really want to buy more but am holding off. It's a great price. I usually buy the 10 day non expiring ones to get a better deal since we usually go on the weekends and it costs less than a one day but this is even better.

Edited: The ticket from the hospital costs more for one day then the 10 day non expiring passes but I don't have to put up all the money at one time for 5 10 day non expiring passes. Just wanted to clarify.
