snowwhite-I looked over every page last week and found no post for eyeliner. Maybe it was a previous week, but I'm not going back any further.... I don't even wear eyeliner...I'm just a freebie freak like that!

I got some Aquafresh toothpaste and dove lotion yesterday. My husband makes fun of my freebies but his free subscription to Road and Track also came in the mail yesterday. Now I am the Freebie Queen!

Hmmm, can't check that freebie from work...must wait until I get home. I think it would make a lovely gift to send to someone's house without them knowing.

Finally got the Cartoon Network House Party stuff today! It has the dvd, plates, cups, napkins, tons of stickers and 3d glasses. It also has 3 colors of hair paint. I'm waiting to see if my husband will color his hair! My daughter will be so excited when she sees the stuff.

I applied for the Scholastic one and the Cartoon Network one, and haven't heard a thing from either. Actually, I also applied for the Clairol one. Do they only get back to you if you are picked? Obviously I'm not getting the CN one, but a little note saying "sorry" would have been nice, then I wouldn't expect anything else.

They will send you the "im sorry" here pretty soon and then ask you if you want to participate in the national blog. Atleast thats what they did for me in the Better Homes and Gardens Housepart.

Snow!!!! Where are you because that's where I want to be? It was hot and sticky at WDW last week and I was sooo hoping we would return to find Fall had arrived. Unfortunately, it is supposed to be in the upper 80's here today.

Someone gave it to my mom and she passed it to me. The scary thing is, the lady gave it to my mom actually wore it. Often.

I tried it on once. It was awful.

Yeah, I know! It was actually raining slush this morning. It is 9:00 and it is still 36 degrees at my house. -sigh- We didn't even have a Fall....it went right from Summer to this!

This is the view out the back of my house (facing East)...the Rocky Mountains are there and you can't even see them!

This is the view out the front of my house (facing West)...the moisture is just hanging in the air!

The only good side is that we should have a great Spring next year with all this moisture now.

Well, the view to the East has finally cleared up and the weather has warmed up to a balmy 47 degrees!

I know. I communicate with a DISer from Texas on the VMK board. She keeps telling me to send this cold down her way! I am in Kalispell, 2 hours north of Missoula, in Montana. We are about an hour away from Canada. I wonder what weather they are having up there?

I have a picture of DH's motorcycle parked next to the carved out road a week after it opened one June. The snow is about 15 ft tall...Boy oh boy, you can have that stuff, I'd rather deal with the heat, gnats and mosquitos we have here.

The "real feel" temp for NJ today will be 90 degrees!

I think it will be like that for the next week and then the tepms will be going into the 70's.

I think I still have that thread with the picture bookmarked....I loved it. I don't think anything is closed yet. It takes awhile for everything to warm up, but it gets into the 50's and 60's in the afternoons so stuff isn't white on the valley floor yet. DH went to Great Falls yesterday and he said it was snowing on the pass going over.

I don't know what is going on around here but it seems we are in some kind of pocket of cold weather coming down from Canada. I sure would have loved to have another month of Summer weather so my garden could have ripened! We have been scrambling to get hay for the cattle, too, since the pasture is basically done for this year now.
