I got my Bare Minerals today, but I have no idea how to use it. It only came with a chart of colors available, no instructions or tips. Could some of you more experienced Bare Minerals peeps please tell me how to use it. Thanks.

Mine should be here next Wednesday (8/8). It should come with an instruction book. If you still need help let me know and I will copy the instructions and send them to you. I can't wait to get them!!

I've been using the Dove deoderant/ap for two days now, so far so good. Any long-time Dove users know if the deoderant changed in the past year or so? I tried Dove probably two years ago and found it didn't work as well (as an antiperspirant) as the Almay I usually use.

It's funny that you said that, because I'm having the same experience. I hated it a couple of years ago (it did NOT work), but I got a sample recently and it works great. Must be a new formula!

Anyone have to code # for the Marlboro deal? I can't find the stupid link posted here! I know its 1-800-marlboro but can't find the code to enter for the promotion for the free sleeping bag. Both of my DDs used Dove for a few years until they found the Secret Clinical one. I think that's what it's called All I know is that they don't complain of wetness anymore, it's quite pricey at 7.99 though, but if it works for them it's worth it.

What I've received that I've liked:

What I wasn't happy with was the free sample set of Pantene shampoo & conditioner. They were smashed up in the plastic bag and the contents leaked out all over, so I had to throw those in the trash.

I went to the mall today and visited ALL the major dept. stores that sell Clinique and none of them had a clue about the coupon I printed off of clinique.com and at Macy's they told me they had just returned from corporate meetings and nothing of the sort was mentioned.

So, I did NOT get any Clinique Happy or any freebie from Clinique.

I got that sample probably two months or so ago, at two different Belk stores in NC. Could be it hasn't reached your area yet - I'm near Charlotte. Or, sometimes, all areas don't get the same promotions. Sorry, hope you are able to get it soon.

i have the google toolbar and use the AutoFill- it works great! I use the google toolbar a lot too!

Me too Maggie! I love my Google toolbar- I also have Google as my homepage- I like the way you can customize it to have what you want on it.

I have Magical Mountain Disney News right there and ready to read all the headlines for the day!!

ETA-- Last night I sat down just to finally fill out forms for some freebies-- well, I get to the post that has all the Allure freebies, I think YES! look at all of these, I start autofilling the forms. I get to maybe the 7th one and I see they are only giving out 300!! WHAT! I just spent 1/2 hour filling this stuff out and probably won't get any of them

They have them on their website. Not sure what flavors they have in the store??

Ahhh! I did the same thing Mad! Maybe I will get lucky and get one or two. I like the magazine sign ups in a way, bc I just assume I wont get anything, and sometimes I'll win cool stuff! Like, last month I got this really cute tote bag from Lucky out of nowhere!! Ahh-- I love this chit chat thread!

I also went to VS today and used the $10 off Pink coupon to get some lotion for $2! For VS that is a great price! I am putting it away for part of my sisters Christmas present!! Never too soon to start!!

I've found a pretty cheap alternative to Spanx. Just cut the feet out of cheap support hose. You can cut them as short as you need to. They work great!
