Hopefully with the soon to be released Sweeney Todd- he will be out and about and we can get some new pics!

I have to agree with hadleysun on that one. That is the best pic I've seen of him to date. VERY SCRUMPTIOUS!!!

Hi guys! I am a long time lurker, I’m actually here everyday at lunch… I just don’t post too often; I am very shy . I am currently on a mission to find something (for free of course) for my DS.

My story….

My DS2 has been driving me (and pretty much everyone that he comes in contact with) totally crazy for the past couple of weeks. It seems that he needed a (Nintendo) DS and quite badly from the size of the recent tantrums. Well of course he is way too young for one, but that has not stopped him from asking for one - about every two seconds… He has also been caught swiping DS7’s when it was left unattended. Well, DH got the brilliant idea to dig out DS7’s old color Pixter game. He told DS2 that it is a DS for “little guys” and it seems to be working! Now the problem is we no longer have any “games” for the Pixter and DS2 will be looking for them soon. I am appealing to anyone out there who may have old Pixter games laying at the bottom of the toy box to please consider making a donation (for my sanity) to DS2. I will of course provide a SASE. TIA!

Joy is the main reason I watch "Earl" although I have always loved Jason from back in the Mall Rats days. I like to tell myself that the show is "intellectual" redneck humor but who am I kidding? As for Giovanni, what other show has he been on? I've been trying to place him for weeks.

We bought ours over 4 years ago and DS7 didn't really like it so I only had 1 or 2 games anyway.

Also I just wanted to set the record straight about the "eye candy" comment - JD definately qualifys - that Giovanni guy on the other hand has creeped me out ever since he was struck by lightning on the X-files.

Yep! Love Jason from way back when too!

As far as Giovanni- like I said he is not JD sexy- but he is I guess, like Flamestar said...interesting.... I always knew OF him, but I am just recently liking him more and more.

YES hrh he did play Phoebe's brother!

He has been a in a lot of movies. As Marna said, Saving Private Ryan- how ironic so was JD!

I DO remember him in The Gift with Cate Blanchett (LOVVVVE Cate!!!) but OMG- he was in a lot of shows and movies that I have never seen!

The movies I did see and cannot even remember him being in were- The Dead Girl, Lost in Translation, Boiler Room

I see he is another movie called The Perfect Stranger but Bruce Willis is in that UGH! for some reason that guy IRKS me! But I may be able to overlook him if Giovanni is in it.

I think I will add some of his movies to my Blockbuster queue!!!

However, I was able to find a clearance Sponge Bob game at Toys R Us a few months ago really cheap & I got him a Dora on eBay super cheap too. Then at Circuit City, I found Rescue Heroes. All these games were less than $5 each. Keep your eyes open and good luck!

I wasn't sure if the newer games played on the older Pixter. We bought this one when it first came out when DS7 was 2 1/2. Is your DS playing with an older one? Do the new games work on older players?

Oh...I don't know for sure, but I don't think they do. I did see the new pixters on clearance at Toys R Us last week for $19.99. However, if you were going to shell out any money, I think you'd be a lot better off with an L-Max / Leapster. Both my boys love that. However, we're on Freap chat for goodness sake, so I know we're trying to avoid such nonsense.

I am going to hit some yard sales this weekend and see what I can find. I will also check out Ebay although I do not have the patience to wait out most auctions - I'm more of an instant gratification type of shopper
