Based on all your posts I really think you need to be done with this person. Apparently two years apart wasnt long enough. How long would you last if you went back to the same old same old.

I do hope you find another job that will make you happy and I hope it comes in the near future.

Hello All,

I did want to update everyone on this situation.

Yesterday at 812pm he finally emailed me and only asked:

How did your interview go today?

I felt that it was none of his business and he STILL had not answered my questions from the email on Monday morning.

So I replied nicely and said glad you did get the email if you could just let me know the answers to those questions I would greatly appreciate it that way I can make a decsion.

He emails me right back and says:

VERY busy, didn't have the time. How did the interview go?

At this point I am so done with him, no matter how many interviews I had went on has no bearing on him or the email that I had sent him. It is none of his business.

So I replied to him and said my interview had no bearing on the email that I had sent you Monday morning, could you please answer those questions that way I can make my choice.

He then sends me a final email and withdraws his offer of a job. Saying that "After our sit down on Friday I don't think this would be a good idea."

You say you have changed but my inkling is that you haven't. You don't understand what is happening in the industry or economy.

OH REALLY??????!!!!!!!!! Gee I wasn't the one that got laid off along with thousands of other people in November from my company? I don't watch the news or read anything online that has to do with my industry.

I am so glad that I am not going to work for this man, he really needs some help and I mean that in a good way. He needs to go back and learn how to manage a company and employees because he really stinks at it!

However, my mother is quite upset and we had a big argument last night, where she continues to defend him saying that I should have immediately taken the job. That is upsetting to me. Anyway hopefully I will never again have to hear from this very sad man.

It sounds like you made the right decision. If he's not willing to answer simple questions, then there was no nope of it working.
Good luck finding something better.
