freaking out fastpasses for one of us are gone!

I'm freaking out over here. I booked my fastpasses at 60 days out. When I booked it was 5 of us in 2 rooms. Due to changes, I put 4 of us in a room and one is not going. All of the fastpasses for my daughter, who was initially booked in the other room are now gone! On hold hoping this can be fixed.
 
you should be fine. IT can now go back and look at your history and see what FP+ you had booked. We had a malfunction with ours a few weeks ago and lost our last day FP+ for everyone. Worst case scenario they may give you anytime FP for the ones they cannot replace. :goodvibes

Agreed, call Disney IT. As long as you are nice they should be able and willing to help. Make sure everyone has the proper ticket entitlements before calling.
 

Just call Disney. The IT Helpdesk will be able to fix everything. :) If everybody has a valid ticket for the correct number of days, there should be no problems correcting your MDE.
