Fraud on the internet?

Hey guys, I'm kinda concerned. I just tried to order a t-shirt off Panavision.com and after putting through all my billing information I got a weird error code, it looked rather fishy. I went back but I'm worried it still grabbed all my information. The site is suppose to be official but now I'm starting to wonder. What should I do? This is what the code said:

Panavision's Panastore
.... FILL BASKET > CHECKOUT > SELECT PAYMENT METHOD> RECEIPT

I would send them an email at their contact, panastore@panavision.com and see what they have to say about the order. Probably just a glitch.

Thanks Dan, I phoned them and left a message too. Do you think there's any reason for concern? I'm so paranoid when it comes to ordering things online.

This happened to me with ATA airlines. I don't beleive it was fraud, but a major technical difficulty on their part, and just plain difficult on mine. I ordered 2 airline tickets on the internet, and when it got to the final stages of checkout it said there was an error, so I called the company, and they said they would get us on with tickets. Then a month later I got my credit card bill and we were charged for 3 SETS of tickets I called back and their customer service department was EXCELLENT, and took off 2 sets of the tickets from the card with no problems. I suggest you CALL the company and speak with someone there, that way you will know for sure, but I have a feeling it was probably just a technical difficulty, rather than fraud. Good luck.
