I don't know if this is the right page for this, but I was excited to see the Food and Wine Festival kiosk recipes on the Restaurant/Dining page. Unfortunately, the recipe for Onion Tart from France doesn't say how many eggs to use. I love these things, so if anyone knows, please respond.

I don't know if this is the same recipe as the one you mention, but it is posted on Steve Soare's WDW Live Entertainment Guide site:

Onion Tart

1. Puff Pastry Sheet, 10" square

1 lb. Onions, sliced

2. Eggs

1/2 qt. Cream

Salt & Pepper

Method of Preparation:

Roll dough out and pre-bake as directed. Sauté onions in butter until translucent. Place onions on cooked dough and salt & pepper to taste. Mix together egg and cream and pour on the onions. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

I've got to try this tart! Thanks for the recipe!

They're WONDERFUL!

Probably the best thing I ate last week. (I'm slowly making my way to all of the tasting stations.

Heading back over this week to gain another few lbs. Will have to try it.I skipped the Onion Tart because it looked so dry on the sample tray.Guess that was a mistake:(Went for a sample of the coq au vin but ended up with a sample of pearl onions with gravy.they forgot the chicken.LOL Love wine but not real crazy about the bubbly version.Tried some champagne that had a resemblance to Beverly. That heavenly aperitive.;)
