Framing costs at Michaels or AC Moore?

Has anyone ever framed anything at AC Moore or Michaels? Is it economical?

I have a medium cross stich I'd like to double matte and frame. I could do it myself, but it's a gift, so I want it to be as nice as possible. Both stores advertise 50% or 60% off framing prices, but I have no idea how much that is.
