My lily of the valley is blooming!!! I went out to take a break from correcting tests, I'm a math professor, and wow I was blown away with sweetness.

I needed the break!

Ah, what a nice break. Good to clear the numbers out of your head. My lilly of the valley doesn't smell as strong this year but the lilacs are a heaven scent

I love the scent of lilacs. We have a lilac tree that is right outside our front room window and when the breeze is blowing just right it makes the whole house smell like lilacs. It's heavenly!!!!!

Our LOTV hasn't quite bloomed yet, and our lilacs are still a week or two from unfurling their fragrance.

I was away at Vero Beach and briefly at WDW, and what a delightful difference when I came home, everything has greened up considerably!

BTW Bobbi, speaking of fragrances, I always stunk at Math!

I ahve a few flower stalks, but most are not quite ready. I also have a lilac bush that is blooming for the first time...can't wait.

Hi everyone!

We had a change in the weather, thunderstorms came through, and today it's chilly, windows are definitely shut, so I cut some lily of the valley and brought them in. Our lilac bushes are past blooming at this time.

Kim, it's a real conversation stopper, but actually most people say, "I've always hated math.!" What sort of weather did you have a VB? Do you write a trip report?

It's unseasonably cool here too, not very nice for gardening!

Bobbi, the first 3 days of our 4 days at VB were rather miserable. Our last full day there it cleared up, thankfully!

My LOTV are in full bloom! I have a lovely little vase for them that a lovely bud sent me! Time to use it!

Ours are still in bloom, gina2000, and I have a little blue vase to put them in. The vase is one of the few things that I have from my DGran, and so seeing it on my table makes me smile even more than usual! Connections are great!

So far nothing is blooming here, but I cannot wait for the lilies I planted to bloom. I also have lilacs and viburnam (I think that is the name) and I am waiting for them as well. It is still rather cool here but once they all bloom, I will be in fragrance heaven.
