Our 30 day window opened up last night and it would only let us reserve for our 1st day and nothing past that. How do I reserve the rest of our week now or do I have to get on each day after midnight?

If you are not staying at a Disney resort, you make your FP+ reservations 30 days out from each park day, not 30 days out from arrival day.
