I need a refresher on new rules of fp+. We used it in December when were staying on site... Seems like things have changed a bit. We are also staying off site on our next stay. Do I need to buy our tickets from disney to use fp+ or can I buy them from undercover tourist and just add them to mde ( this is what I did last time)? can I use our magic bands from our last trip? Is it going to be hard I get fp for things like meeting Anna and Elsa, mine train ect because we can only book 30 days in advance / staying off site?

You don't have to purchase tickets direct from Disney to use FP+ so purchasing from UT is fine, and the MB you currently have will work. A&E FP+ go fast, very fast. We were off-site in May and I was unable to secure FP+ until a couple of days before our trip (I had been checking numerous times each day). There seems to be more availability for 7DMT and I haven't heard of issues with getting FP+ for it.

The tiering in Epcot and DHS has changed and the new options will go into effect on the 16th of this month. At Epcot Maelstrom and The Character Spot were demoted to Tier 2 and Living with the Land promoted to Tier 1; At DHS the Great Movie Ride was promoted to Tier 1. After your first 3 FP+ are used/expired you can make a 4th selection at a FP+ kiosk, and after the 4th a 5th, and so on.
