Ok I'm still learning about this FP+ thing. My question: if you're searching and an attraction is grayed out and says standby available, does that mean that all fastpasses for that day are gone our is there separate inventory for guests at the park who go to a fast pass CM?

Sound like standby only- but keep checking as people change their plans.

Yes, under MDE for FP+.

Also, they have been saying that they hold some FP back until day of, so if you still have no luck, you may want to check the morning you are going to be at the park.

Everyone on the board has had luck getting fast pass for the new attraction. What is it you are trying to get one for and when? You have to wait until you are 60 days away from your trip and 30 days away if staying off site. Maybe your window just hasn't opened yet.
