FP+ Wishes Dessert Party

Y'all I am totally confused. The FP+ Wishes Dessert Party is the same one as before right? At Tomorrowland Terrace? I've done this one before but not using FP+. Can you still book it 180 days in advance? Can you book it without FP+? Sorry, I've been plenty of times but never with FP+ and magic bands so I'm trying to figure it all out and have tons of questions!!

Now I am curious too so joining in. I did book the tomorrowland wishes dessert party at my 180 day so I know that can be done since I have a reservation.

I think you are talking about two different things. The Dessert Party does take place at Tomorrowland Terrace and is booked in advance like an ADR.

On the other hand, you can book a viewing spot in a reserved area for the Wishes fireworks with FP+.

I know in the July BOG FP+ thread (sorry on the app and can't figure out links) it referenced the wishes dessert party several times, saying the dates for July weren't up for BOG or the dessert party and that FP + was up to the restaurants, for both parties.

I know that there is a FP+ for just wishes itself I'm just trying to see if the FP+ for wishes dessert party worked like BOG and you get an invitation or what, and how it differed from the people who reserved it without FP+!!

Yes, I also have never heard of a FP+ Wishes Dessert party. This is totally separate from the Wishes FP+, and the Party can only be reserved through online or phone dining reservations systems. The FP+ for Wishes can be reserved at the 60 day FP+ window through your MDE account.

I know in the July BOG FP+ thread the wishes dessert party was mentioned, saying the July FP+ wasn't available for the dessert party or BOG yet and that it was up the restaurants if they were offering FP+ at that time. So I'm just going off what I read, because I was confused and thought id ask!

I know there is a FP+ for regular wishes viewing but I was seeing how the dessert party one worked. I've done the party in the past and was seeing if FP+ got you closer, was on different days or how it differed and if you got an email invite like BOG. I might just be super confused and making this up but I wanted to check!

Pretty sure like poster said before there is no fastpass+ for the dessert party.

^^Yep. Wishes dessert party doesn't have FP. You have to book it as a party and pay extra for it when you book. Yo can do that at 180 days.

I have also been following the July BOG FP+ thread. I will be at WDW in July and have been PATIENTLY waiting for the July BOG FP+ dates to be released. I already have reservations for the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party. I made the ADR (not FP+) for the party in January (180 days). So, the dessert party for July was released at 180 days, but the July BOG FP+ has not yet been released.
