FP+ window coming soon and veyr confused

We are checking in July 4th at AoA, then moving to the Swan. We cannot link the swan reservation until mid june (it is a conference reservation)
I had RO reservation and linked my tickets today
Will the 60 day FP+ window only show up on may 5th at 12 EST?
Will I be able to pick my FP+ for the whole stay then or only for the AoA stay?

Yes, if that is exactly 60 days before your check-in date.

Will I be able to pick my FP+ for the whole stay then or only for the AoA stay?

You'll be able to book FPs for check-in date through checkout date of your AoA stay.

Then, 60 days prior to each remaining park day, you'll be able to book the rest of your FPs.
