FP+ when staying at WDW Swan

ok I need to ask for some clarification:

I'm staying at the WDW Swan in July.

Can I start reserving my FPs 60days in advance or 30?

Is it simply 60 days (or 30) from the day I'm reserving the time or from my check in date??

ANY HELP APPRECIATED!!
