FP+ time window

We are leaving on Wednesday for our trip.
The recent crowd reports have me wondering...

I read a report that the FP line for (I believe 7Dwarves ride), was quite long. Even extending outside of the attraction.
If you were to join the line near the end of your FP time window, it's possible your FP would expire before you could tap the mickey head.

Are you out of luck in this scenario?

In addition to a 15 minute grace period, if you reach the FP touchpoint beyond that time limit the CMs will be well aware of how the FP line was running. You'll be fine.

There's a grace period for the FP+ reservations, but it's up to the CM at the first scanner. Luckily, they'll know if the FP+ line is unusually long outside the scanner.

You'll be fine and you won't have to wait more than 20 min in the 7dmt FP line even if standby is extended past the gate.

If for some phenomenon the FP line is extremely long, the CM's will wave you through regardless of being in line and your window expiring.

Also note that for nearly every ride, your FP line will get you on the ride in usually 5-15 min. And once you enter the line and touch the tap point, it doesn't matter if your time window expires while you're in line

I won't try to cut it super close to the time expiration, but sometimes it's unavoidable.
