Fp time question.....

My lovely wife says that fp has grace time like if fp is at 4:30. They let u on at 4:15. I have seen people at park have to wait till time. Till fp clock says 4:30. Please let me know who is right.

You can use it 5 minutes prior or 15 minutes after. They likely had to wait until the clock said 4:25.
