I'm trying to decide the order to book our desired FP and would love some feedback. My husband doesn't know anything about FP so is no help!
First of all, both my husband and I have MDE accounts that are linked and have our 3 kids listed. Is it better for us to each use our own MDE on separate devices to try to make FP's at the 60 day mark, or should we each be using the same MDE account on different devices?
We are doing MK on 60+2 and 60+3. 60+2 is high predicted crowds because it's 1 of only 2 nights that week with no MVMCP. 60+3 is lower predicted crowds because it is the day of the MVMCP. Does it make sense to try for SDMT and the "harder to get" FP's for the second day since it's further out and a lower crowd day? Our oldest is only 6 and the younger ones are 2 and 4, so we will probably stick to some easier things for 60+2 like Enchanted Tales with Belle and Tiana/Rapunzel M&G (a "must" according to my 4 y/o). I'm guessing even if we are able to get our 3 FP in earlier in the day we may not have much available for day of 4th FP, etc on the high crowd day, but probably more likely the second lower crowd day. I'm hoping we can RD Tinkerbell M&G on 60+2 and still get to our 9:45 breakfast...
Our 60+4 is Epcot, so I think the absolute first FP I will try for will be FEA since that's probably the ride they will enjoy the most, and Epcot has high predicted crowds that day due to extended hours and last weekend of food & wine.
60+1 is Hollywood studios so I'm not optimistic that we could get a slinky dog dash FP. I think I might put priority on going for FEA and SDMT first since the SDD may already be gone before our 60 day mark (although I supposed I can check that on Touring Plans the night before...).
I appreciate any thoughts! I've never made FP before and never been to Disney myself so there's only so many articles I can read before I start questioning if this all makes sense given our specific trip details!
