FP - Split stay questions...

We arrive at Disney March 30th (late evening) and are staying in an all-stars resort for 1 night.
We are then moving to AKL on March 31st for a week.

1) Can I book FP+ for the week 60 days out from the 30th? Or will I have to wait until the 31st?

2) Will Disney (bell services?) deliver our bags to AKL, or will we have to take care of it?

2) yes Disney will do this for you but it will take a few hours.
