i have 2 reservations. At 60 day mark for the 1st one but can only make FP for that stay even though I have 9 day tix. Did something change.

Wasn't it as long as you had 1 night onsite you could make all your days of tix FP from that point on? Am I wrong ?

The Split Stay section in the FP FAQ explains onsite to offsite FP booking.

To give you a data point, I have a split stay coming up in October. 3 nights onsite and then a week offsite. At 60 days out from D1 of onsite stay, I was able to book fast passes, but only for the the onsite portion of my stay. Then at 60 days out from my first offsite day, I was able to make fastpasses for that first offsite day. Then, each day after that I booked fast passes on a rolling 60 day basis. It's still a great advantage over those who only do an offsite stay because you are able to make them 60 days out, versus 30 days. Hope that helps!!

That's not what happened for my friend with an onsite night followed by a week offsite. She got to book that one night 60 days out but hasn't had access to any other days again since then. (Her 30 days is coming up soon).

**** edited... my post was with a 2 WDW Resort on site stay - it always pays to read to the end before being helpful! lol/smh!

My 60-day window is currently rolling forward. We check into CR on Tuesday and our window should roll until we check out.

That is so strange. My friend's window never opened back up again. She even called IT and they told her it wasn't supposed to (shocking I know!).

I have separately linked tickets.

Does your friend have tickets as part of a package?

@mom2rtk ~ My comp tickets only open a regular 7-day window but my rolling "60" window is open through November 24.

Your friend did swipe the calendar months in the FP booking area to view exactly which dates are open?

Not sure what you mean by "swipe calendar months"? She just said it was open the day it should 60 days out for 1 day from her 1 night onsite. Then the next morning it didn't advance and give her the next day so she called and they said the rest wouldn't open until 30 days out.

The window opens for check-in day through checkout day.

It doesn't begin to advance until she is 60 days out from the first offsite day meaning she had to wait until the 2nd day after her window first opened.

She should try again because she misunderstood when the window begins the actual "rolling."

On the app, you have to swipe the months to advance to all the open booking days.

I'm waiting on a call back from her to review it all again. She's checking in late one day and going to the park on check out day. She was able to make FPs for checkout day, but not for any day after that. Not a huge surprise. I told her to try the next day. She did, but no additional days opened up so she called Disney and they told her those days would not open until 30 days out.

I'm pretty sure she was booking on her computer. I wish I had thought to tell her to try the app.

This is just nuts.
