FP+ selections online 60 days out.... TIME you can start?

Ive got a mental block about this and I'm getting mixed up with the ADR making time.....

On your FP selection day, what time can you start picking FPs online? 6am? 7am?

I've got hormonal brain-fog BAD!...... that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!
