FP Selection Christmas Week

We will be visiting from Dec 22 - Jan 4th and are planning to upgrade our 10 day park hopper to an AP when we arrive. Since we'll only be able to make FP selections for 10 of our days in advance was wondering what are the chances of being able to book any fastpasses the day of or a few days prior during the week around Christmas? Also, is there one park that would have more FPs available over the others? Thanks!

Every park will be very crowded through Saturday 5 January. There are always same day fast passes available (maybe not E-rides) as visitors cancel. Generally, success day before or earlier is more difficult in my experience.
