I am travelling with a middle school group of 30 people, arriving in Florida on the 12th of March. We are going to Disney World for three days, but two of the days we start in an educational tour, one in Epcot one in Hollywood Studios. The other day we are set to go to MK.

I am a Disneyland veteran, but have never been to Disneyworld.

I have been trying to understand the FP+ program but am having a hard time.

We are staying off site. We have to use FP+, right? The old system is gone?

We can only make reservations upon entering the park? We can't set up an account before hand online? Each ticket has to be entered into an account at a kiosk, then we can connect them together? Can we only make and alter reservations at the kiosk or can we use the mobile apps?

We have tickets, but do we have to exchange them for something else when we get into the park?

I'm trying to figure out the best method to get the kids all entered in, there are about 23 kids, and 7 adults. Two of our mornings we will be on tours so I am worried that we won't get very good reservations by the time we are done on the tours. Can one adult just take all the tickets and enter and adjust times etc? How much information do you enter to be able to make reservations? Just a ticket number? or do you need personal information?

We will only be going on weekend days, so I expect it to be busy no matter what we do.

Any advice is appreciated.
