Am I allowed to go to AK first and make only 2 Fp for it and then hop to MK and have made a FP ahead of time as my 3rd? Or must the 3 be in the same park?

You can book two fast passes in AK but then you must use those two before booking a third for MK.

If you pre-book 2 FPs, as soon as you enter the FP line for FP#1, you can book FP#3 for Park#2.
