Hi, all. I apologize if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find it in the main FastPass thread.

My family will be arriving to at the Poly on a Saturday in October and our first park day will be Sunday. My mom is joining us in her own room, arriving on Monday and her first park day is on Tuesday. Our reservations are linked and I will be making all of her FP for her.

Will I be able to make her FP for her days in the park at my 60 day mark or I will I have to make hers at her official 60 day mark? If it is the latter, what is the best way to go about trying to get her FP to overlap with ours? We will be touring together.

Thanks for your help!

As long as one person on a mde list is staying on site, the rest of the people can make FP's starting at 60 days regardless if their on site. So you'll be able to make your mom FP's when you start yours

That particular piece of information is actually in the throwaway room thread I believe. It is the "umbrella" policy, and as CAS said, as long as she is in your friends and family on MDE, you will be able to book her FP+ at your 60 day mark regardless of where, or when she stays.

Even tho Mom's resort reservation does not start till 2 days later than the family, the OP can get FP's for all of them at the family's 60 mark?

Does this mean the friends on MDE I have arriving 4 days later than me,different resort reservation, I can get their FP's when my 60 days opens?

I could not find the "umbrella" section of throwaway room thread.

Yes you should be able to

I'm an AP holder (so ticket linked), and if I have someone on my friends and family list staying on site, I can book my own FP's 60 days out even though I'm staying off site. The 60 day window is extended to those on your friends and family list as long as they have valid tickets already linked

Great answer.....we'll play.... Thanks!

Update: I have a friend at WDW resort starting Sept 24. I can't go past 30 days to book FPs. My tkt is 10 day tkt...hmmmm.
