FP+ Question

Hi all! Sorry if these are basic questions. I have not been to WDW in 3 years, and since my last visit they started the FP+, which I plan to take advantage of. My questions:

1) When I reach the 60 day before check in mark (yes I am staying on property) can I book my FP+ for my entire week long vacation or do I need to log in every day for a week?

2) Does FP+ open at midnight 60 days out, or some other time?

You can book for your entire week - make sure you do the more popular ones first (for example: Anna and Elsa FP, Seven Dwarfs, Toy Story Mania, etc.)

It's actually eastern time, not eastern standard time - there's a difference.
