Once you use your three FP at a park, and you change parks in the afternoon, can u add additional FP for the evening park?

Yes, but you have to get them at a kiosk in that second park. Some have had some luck getting them at the concierge desk at their resort, but YMMV.

Yes, but you can only add one at a time, and you have to do it from an in-park kiosk.
