FP question with a 1 night resort add on

I read this board constantly and want to say thanks for all the info up front. I booked a resort package with park tickets from Aug 1-7 with free dining, then added one night on 7/31. My FP 60 day mark says June 1st, which lines up with my 7/31 one night resort stay. My question is will I need to link the park tickets to get my FP that morning? I know on a resort package it automatically does it. Thank you for any info.

There must be a valid park ticket "day" available in MDX for each day that you can advance-book FP+.
You didn't say if you actually bought a ticket to use for that previous/extra day.

Your Aug. 1-7 package tickets should not actually be "available" for booking FP+ on July31.
Package tickets can't be used on any day prior to check-in.

With the infamous GLITCHES associated with MDX, anything is possible.
But, if you intend to go into a PARK on your first (added) day, July 31, the REAL problem is that
your current package tickets won't be available for use until Aug. 1.

We aren't going to go to the parks until Aug 1st. I just want to make sure I can make FP selections on June 1st, not the 2nd.

If the names match up on both reservations, you’ll be able to book 60 days out from your Stay#1 for Aug 1st.
