FP Question - booking tomorrow

I tried booking fastpass reservations this morning for a May 6th check-in also but it said I didn't have any tickets connected to my account. My reservation confirmation clearly shows I purchased tickets. What am I missing? Am I just too early? I reviewed the examples of where to find confirmation numbers but we haven't received our new magic bands yet.....

Thanks in advance for any knowledge passed along!

Are all of your tickets linked to the various people on your account? Once you do that, you should be able to select 'Fast Pass +' from the drop down and get started. It shouldn't matter about your magic bands. For example, I'm Canadian, so we don't ever receive ours before actually arriving on property. Good luck!

Please note that onsite package tickets are not considered valid by the MDX system until the package check-in date. (This behavior is different than separately-purchased tickets, which are considered valid as soon as they are linked.) The 60-day FP booking window will not appear in MDX until 60 days before the check-in date. Before this point, it is normal for various members and/or their tickets to not appear in the MDX account. The entire traveling party and their tickets will appear at the 60-day mark in most cases. The FP booking window for package tickets will range from the package's check-in date to the check-out date.

Found this while looking for stuff on split stays for me.

Your booking window OPENS TOMORROW, Tuesday March 7. 60 days before May 6th is March 7th.

Right, but she should normally be able to do the 30 day FPs right? I'm guessing not in this case because it is a package though and tied to the May 6 check in date.

Correct. "Packaged" tickets are inactive so they don't have an open window until exactly 60 days before check-in. And, it's the "package" itself that opens the window... the tickets remain inactive until check-in day.

That's why Package people can't book FPs for any day prior to their arrival due to inactive tickets.

That's the major drawback of having a package: FPs cannot be booked for any days leading up to the package check-in day.

Thank you to everyone for all the help! All of my tickets appear to be linked to the individuals in my account. Sounds like the issue is that I am trying to do things a day early. It seems strange that our tickets are deemed "inactive" since they were purchased as a part of a package through WDW but I bet that's the case. If I still have troubles tomorrow I will have to call WDW and have them hold my hand through the process.
