FP+ Please explain

THe Robo posts will explain it a lot better than I can, but here are a few pointers.

If you were fond of the old system whereby you used the fast passes all the time, you will probably not be fond of the new FP+, but if you like planning out every facet of your life down to the times you visit the restrooms, then you will be very pleased with the new system.

If you are spontaneous and want to "wing it", FP+ is not for you. If you jump out of bed in your room at the Poly and decide what park you want to visit that day, FP+ is not for you.

If you wait for the weather report in the morning to see what park to visit that day, FP+ is not for you.

If instead, you are a planner extreme and make your dinner ressies at the 180 day period, and decide months ahead of time what parks, when and for how long you will visit including how many times you will ride TSM, the you will probably like the new FP+, BUT if you liked being able to get 4 old FP's for TSM and ride TSM all day long...well, I got bad news for you.

Hi. I'm the "planner extreme" you mention here, and I'm not crazy about the new FP+ system. I remember the days when one person would run ahead with all our tickets to pull FP- while everyone else would go get seats for whatever show or parade or meal we'd scheduled. Afterward, we'd use the FP-, usually with very little wait, and the process would start over again. It was great. Guess we can't do that anymore.

I'm *trying* to stay positive and view it as a game. We had to figure out the rules to the last game (FP-) and I think we played it pretty well. The game has changed and I've got about 6 months to figure out the new rules before I play again. The problem is, the game got much, much harder.
