FP+ Parade @ 3 for 1/2 day start at MK?

Daughter n I arrive at airport at 10am, staying at AoA and plan to hit MK by 2pm. She is 9, first ever trip! For day 1 would you FP the parade, I think it would be a fun way to start a half day and ensure a great spot. We have a full MK the second day. I know alot of people don't FP parade, but I was curious as to others thoughts especially since its a half day and it's right around the time I think We will arrive. We could then use up our other two FP then grab more. We have ADR at Crystal Palace at 6. Thanks!!!!

Honestly, the FP spot for FoF isn't that great, especially if you don't want to be waiting in the blazing sun. I would hit the MK as soon as you can and head toward Frontierland watching for a shaded spot.

Thanks! I'm certainly debating several options in my mind! This helps as I have read that others say the same thing about the blazing sun.
