Can I change FP# times and rides on my phone once in the park if I am a resort guest and can I make 4th FP+ selection from my phone or do I have to use the kiosk?

We have one night at pop before moving to POR with SPD. we will be using ME.
We will not be using the park passes on this trip as we are finishing up AP's. Will we be able to use our FP+ choices in the morning before we check in at POR or do we gave to check in first? What is the most efficient way to get from POP to POR to check in?

Otherwise, bus to DTD, then bus/boat to POR (although I don't recommend that method.)

Note:
ASK at POP if Disney will transport you by van between the resorts.
Sometimes they will do that kind of service for transferring guests.
