Two kids with needs. We went last year. I am renting a stroller for younger child Kingdom Strollers to.keep him coocooned. The older child we got the DAS after about 1/2 day last year, he did a little better in terms of rides with already shorter waits to begin with (but any of the "big rides" we got the return time and he never made it back to ride...he was back at the resort by then) -- he did as well as he could, but ended up back at the resort with grandpa quite a bit every day. He did best at night or when it was pouring rain. He actually loved our resort and was kind of content to spend time with my dad, so it's not like I was upset or complained or felt it went badly. It felt successful since it was the first time we'd taken him. But I would say the DAS helped him only slightly because he only made it to his das times a few times during our trip.

Luckily our fp times were mostly for late evening. Mainly because I didn't quite know how to.change times on the app last year. Grandparents are staying home this year.

We have to stay out of the sun as much as possible as older son has reactions to the sun/heat due to medications he takes. When he gets overheated it is not only dangerous but he also tends to have a meltdown and get disoriented (has developmental issues too). We then have no choice but to leave quickly. Younger sons medications cause reactions to the sun as well but aren't dangerous like older son. Plan was to go.in a.m. for short time (if they tolerate), leave and come back when sun is going down.

How should I schedule fps here? Park isn't opening until 9 this year and closing at 10. I made them for morning so far because I thought if we had a shot at getting on anything first thing in the a.m. we'd need them and even if we leave at 10 a.m. and only rode 1 of our fps, we will have a better shot for making another fp for the evening then after they expire or are used; is that correct? Or should I split them up and reserve now and make 1 for the morning and 2 for night time so they are at least guaranteed those rides (assuming they make it)? Hopefully this question makes sense. I'm concerned if I schedule all the fp for night during busy time, there won't be anything left after our last ride. Advice appreciated.
