FP+ lines

All I can say is based on my experience yesterday at MK (4/7) which was a 7 crowd level and non recommended park, I used my FP+ for afternoon when SB lines were 40 minutes or greater for most popular rides, with FP+ for those same attractions FP+ lines were 5-10 minutes at most. Clearly not walk-on which was the case with FP- in the past, but not as significant as some may think or suggesting.

Issue with FP+ lines could be more serious with peak crowds when parks are at 8+, but at that point all bets are off as to how those high crowds impact everything in the parks! Clearly more people are using FP+ but by limiting to 3 each (which is current limit) WDW is controlling how much FP+ is used and impact to FP+ lines

I go to the parks every week, usually twice, so I have not just been keeping an eye on things as far as FP+ go, but also experiencing them first hand.

Two weeks ago, this was what I experienced personally for a FP+ return line for POTC:

But then this past Saturday and Sunday, I was able to standby easily for many attractions and pretty much experienced 'walk on' for anything I had a FP+ for (with the exception of Rapunzel M & G Sunday night, which had about a 10 minute wait around 7:30pm) The parks were pleasant and comfortable to maneuver and not comparable to the weeks before.

Two weeks ago during local kids Spring Break was BAD! The FP+ lines were wildly out of hand and chaotic, and so those of us who did experience it first hand were not exaggerating in talking about the wait times and return lines. But that experience certainly does make me fear for the Summer/Christmas season now that FP+ is fully rolled out to everyone.
