We have FPs for early Dec for 5 Adults. Issue is we have an infant in tow. FP is for 6:10pm so wondering how lines are these days and making sure we can navigate all to get on ride and do baby exchange

We did it 3 times in a recent trip. First time we had ADR at Tusker House we were a little worried about making. FP line stopped before we even got to the tunnel. About 10-15 people left complaining that it wasn't very fast at all. We debated leaving also, but shortly after they left line moved much better and took about 30 min in total to get on ride. Next two times is was less than 10 min to first pre-board room.

The long line is for standby. In general going through the FP line for any Disney ride will be about a 1-10 min wait. FoP has a preshow and is a longer ride compared to most so while you likely won't have much of a wait in the line, I'd allow 15-30 min for the entirety of the ride

+1

I did FOP three times on my recent trip. Total experience time varied between 20 and 30 minutes. It's a lot like other 'theater' rides in that way. If you get in line at the right time, you get right in. If you are just past the cut-off point, you have to wait a few minutes for the next cycle.
