FP+ kiosks open during morning EMH?

Thanks, Mesaboy! I'm bumping this just to see if anyone else might have any more definitive info. We have ADRs at Ohana one morning at 8:45 on an EMH day and I was thinking of swinging to the MK first to nab some same day fastpasses if the kiosks are open but don't want to go to the trouble if they won't open till after EMH.

You can TRY at the "secret" FP+ kiosks (there are two) just inside City Hall/Guest Relations.

(That way, if the kiosks are not in operation, a GR CM at the desk 4 feet away might be able to make them for you.)

Robo, are you sure they are still there? I looked for them last month and either my quick scan of the room missed them or they've been removed.

Interesting. The last time I saw them, they were on the right and in the corner, if you are standing in the GR queue and turned so that you are facing the restrooms and Firehouse. (If you're directionally gifted, the northeast corner of the room.) I remember two. You did not see them there?

I did not. We were specifically looking for them because I remember Josh mentioning them and how there was never a line for those. We had actually started on the other side at Town Square looking for them, went to the MyMagic+ service counter and asked where they were. The CM seemed somewhat annoyed that I had asked and told me the closest ones were at Stitch.

So we walked over to City Hall, looked in there and around Guest Services, looked next door in the Sorcerer's area, and even around the barber shop.

Either I was looking right at them and didn't recognize them or they've pulled them out.

Robo and all others - Thanks so much for everyone's input on this thread. I got to the MK this morning for rope drop for EMH, when straight to city hall and was able to get same day Fps for several bands without any trouble at the kiosks. It worked perfectly.

Hey Robo and others - I was thinking of trying to do a similar thing on our last couple of days here as I did today with the secret FP kiosk at MK. Do you know whether there are any such machines at AK, HS or Epcot? I'm especially interested in HS due to the tiering and the fact that we haven't been there yet this trip. Would love any extra hints if you have any!
