FP+ issue

Okay we arrive in four days and have all of our FPs booked. My mom and I both have our accounts linked together and we are the only ones who can changes the FPs. The trip was booked on her account. I booked most of the FPs on my account. When I go into her account it lists under my reservations that only one person in our party of five has the FP that is booked. for example John Doe is book for mine train when all five of us are supposed to be booked for it. Under the FP+ section on her account all of us are listed for that FP tho. On my account everything is fine. It is only on her account under my reservations is where it gets messed up. Should I be worried.
 
Are you checking both on a computer, or are you using the app? If it is the app, I would try the website as it is much more reliable.

If you are on the computer, it sounds like you could have multiple copies of each person. I don't know if this will cause problems with using the acutal FP, but you can call tech support and they should be able to merge the people so there is only one copy of each, which should in turn allow you both to see all of the FP on both accounts.
 
Make sure the security settings are all set to family (this person travels with me and can plan and share). You both need to change the settings for each person. If that doesn't work, call MDE support
