FP+ Help- multiple booking windows and toddlers

Hi everyone! i've read through multiple FP+ hint threads, read easyWDW's site, KennythePirate's site, and read through Disney's official site, but I still have a few questions. My apologies if I am asking a redundant question.

Here's my situation- my DH and twin DS (2 year olds) will be in WDW in mid-June, so planning and FP+ will be important to help us deal with crowds. My parents will also be meeting us in the parks. My immediate family and I will be staying onsite, and my parents will be staying offsite, so we'll have both a 60 day window and a 30 day window. All the DME accounts are set up correctly with all tickets linked already. I'll be the one managing all ADRs and FP+ reservations.

Is the best way to try to get FP+ reservations to book for my DH and I (and our kids, but since they won't have tickets, I won't need to reserve anything for them) at our 60 day window and then try to copy any FP+ reservations for my parents at their 30 day window, or is there a better way to try to do this? I'll be online and ready to go a few minutes before 11pm CT, and will be trying to book the last MK day first to have the best chance at either 7DMT and Anna/Elsa (my boys are absolutely obsessed and this is as close to a must-do as possible for them). I am starting to plan what I want to try for now, since I'll also be working around rider swap tickets for many rides. I'm aware that FP+ availability for 7DMT and Anna/Elsa is difficult to impossible at 30 days, but not sure how else to try this.

Any recommendations or helpful hints? Again, my apologies if I have missed answers to this question on other threads.

Link your parents' MDE to your MDE account and your booking window becomes their booking window.

Or, you can list your kids as 10 or older, link your parents' tickets to them, and book FPs for them and have your parents use the kids' MagicBands for the FP rides and park entrance.
