My brother and sister in law have a split stay booked in early February for 3 nights at the Pop Century and then, because of no value resort availabilty, are moving to the B Resort and Spa Disney Springs for 5 nights. Both resorts show up in MDE. Their FP+ window, however, only shows up for the Pop Century part of the trip and does not cover their whole stay. It's like they're leaving WDW after their stay at POP, which is wrong. I don't know what they can do to correct this. Suggestions would be much appreciate!

Are they 60 days out from the first day of their stay at B resorts? If not, it is possible that the FP window for that part of the trip might not open until then. If they are already within 60 days of their check in at B, I would give Disney a call and see what they can do to help.

Sometimes the system doesn't recognized the split stay between an onsite resort and a good neighbor resort.

If B Resort & Spa has the 60 day FP perk, call Disney. I have a split stay between Hilton Bonnet Creek (1 night) and Pop (3 nights) in just a few days, and it would only allow me to book my FP's at HBC at my 60-day window. I sent a chat message through the Disney website and the CM booked SDD for me during the Pop part of my stay. I woke up the next day and finished the rest of my FP's, which weren't any of the hard-to-get ones.

WARNING: when the CM did this, they told me that they FP's they book for me would NOT be changeable unless I called. I only asked him to book SDD since that was the only FP I was probably not going to get if I waited too long. Sure enough, when the SDD FP popped up in MDE, it indeed wasn't changeable. So we are stuck with that time (although I make 100% sure that it wouldn't need to be changed for us).

FYI. I have had a CM book a FPs for me like this and when it wasn’t changeable it actually did not take up a FP selection. So you might still be able to make another FP selection. This happened to my kids in November and they were able to book 6 rides total. But, not being able to change what the CM booked did cause some challenges.

Yes, this happened to me too! So I booked ToT alongside SDD, which was great.
