I have 3 kids: 13, 3 and 2 and need any FP+ advice you have. The younger kids want to do everything Frozen and the older wants nothing to do with it... the older want all roller-coasters, the younger kids do not/can't... the older wants and any ride that has a ride height of over 40 inches, the younger ones cant ride those yet...

I'm stuck on how to proceed... any help or advice would be appreciated.

Are you going by yourself with all the kids. If not I would try and split up for part of the day have 1 adult take the oldest to do coasters while the other takes the little one to do princesses if possible. Then meet back up for family friendly rides or shows you can all do.

Good suggestion. Thanks.
We also plan on going back to the parks after the kids are back at the hotel with mom.

DH and I split up a bunch last trip so the older kids could ride what they wanted and my little one could do some of the things she wanted. It worked out great for us! I just got FPs for DH and the older 2 at one ride and then FPs for me and my little one at a different ride.

This is a tough one. This is the reason we started letting my DD14 bring a friend on our trips to Disney. Our younger two, DS10 and DS4, will not go on any of the larger rides that DD wants to go on. I think all you can do is split them up between two types of rides. I will say if you go to MK at RD you can get just about everything in Fantasyland done for the little ones with the exception of the A&E meet, you definitely want to use a FP+ for that if you can.

I am not sure from your post if it is just you and the kids. Before we had our third child, my DH and I used to each take one of the kids for part of the day to allow DD to ride some of the larger rides.

Thanks. It will be my wife and I plus the 3 kids.
Great suggestions everyone.

You might explain to your older one how rider switch passes would allow them extra rides on their beloved coasters. We have a 3 yr old with 4 adults- we try and schedule some fp+'s so that one adult can take the little one on something while the adults ride the bigger rides. We meet back up and then use the rider switch to let the one who took the baby ride. Works pretty well and allows us some double dipping as well.

Thanks. We are planning on capitalizing on the single riders lines as well.
