fp+ for sister in law for one day???

Every year my sister-in-law who lives in Florida will visit us while we're in WDW for 1-2 days. She has a paper unexpired ticket with days left on it. I want to include her in fp+ for the days she will be with us, but MDE doesn't allow me to choose her without a ticket number. Can I just enter her ticket number to get her included or will she NOT be able to ride with us unless she gets lucky at the kiosks??

I don't believe old Tyvek-type tickets can be linked to MDX, so I think she's stuck without FPs until it can be exchanged for a new one.
