Hi everyone!

My family will be in Epcot in the middle of May and Frozen Ever After is supposed to be open by then. Will WDW set fastpass+ options for it 60 days out even though it won't be open yet? Any guesses on if it will a tier one option? Soarin' will be closed during my trip, so I'm having a hard time figuring out what I'll choose for FP+s.

I am not sure when the FP+ will be loaded but I think the ride will certainly be a Tier 1 attraction as far as FP+ is concerned.

I would guess that chances are very slim there will be FP loaded for a May trip, unless it has soft openings starting in March or so. I can't recall how long they ran soft openings at MK for the New Fantasy Land rides but until they do and they have a firm opening date I would not expect FP to be loaded. Especially with the ride not even open yet. Too many things can delay the opening

I am sure it will be Tier 1. I would imagine they might demote Living With the Land to Tier 2.

I remember 7DMT had soft openings during the 24 hour even in 2014. I'm pretty sure that was the end of May. I was there about a week later and did not have a FP for it even though it was open. We rode standby at the end of the day. I don't think they became available until the ride actually opened.

Agree with DisDad. If Maelstrom was Tier 1, I don't see any way Frozen won't be Tier 1. What I'm hoping is it will result in them moving LWTL to Tier 2.

As for FP+ for Frozen, I'd be surprised if they went with a formal FP+ window for it. 7DMT had a soft opening, then one morning FP+ for it just started becoming available with no notice. We were there for RD and I just checked MDE on my iPhone on the off chance they were offering it, and there it was. Booked a 10 am FP+. It was the FP+ equivalent of finding money on the sidewalk. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't do the same thing here.

Speaking of tiers and FP and Epoct, in case others hadn't heard, Mission Space will be a Tier 1 while Soarin is down
I agree, no way will the Frozen rides NOT be Tier 1
If they open before Soarin reopens I do wonder what all will be Tier 1.
Surely you are right and LwtL will be Tier 2 and hopefully Mission Space will return to Tier 2

Thanks for the responses! I guess I'll just book 3 FPs and keep checking up until my date. I really hope that it opens on time, as it's already disappointing that my favorite, Soarin', will be closed.

My family is only planning to ride Mission Space on the green team, so I don't think FPs will be necessary for that one. It'll be tough to choose between FEA and Test Track.

Certainly possible, but this is not confirmed.

Yes it is as I have read. Someone was booking their FP for a late Jan trip and MS was on the list as a Tier 1

A single report from a single poster does not mean this is confirmed, at least in my book.

Ok. I'm going to check myself in a couple of days when Jan 6th opens for me. Right now I can only see through Jan 3, so Soarin is still open.

Exactly my plan as well, I should be able to see as soon as tomorrow.

I've had two people elsewhere confirm that they had to book Mission Space as a tier 1. I book tomorrow night and will report back.

I honestly do not see how they can NOT move it to Tier 1. Truth be told I was shocked it wasn't Tier 1 from the begining. It made more sense as a Tier 1 than LWtL
