We go December 3rd so our window opened this morning at 0700... conveniently when I started work as I was the early chemo nurse scheduled for this morning! I just finished booking our FP+ and was pleasantly surprised to see FoP availability for several of our days! 
I really did not think there'd be any left by the time I was able to log in and book this afternoon.
