FP Day! Critique my plans- anything I should modify?

I booked my FP this morning (phewww) and looking for feedback on anything that I should look to modify or change to a different attraction. I'm so excited my plans are finally starting to firm up, but feeling anxious as I'm in charge of all the planning. There are 6 people total: 2 late 30's early 40's, 2 pushing 70 and 2 who are 6.

Current plans:
Monday 11/4 MK opens at 9

• BOG PPO
• SDMT: Right after BOG breakfast
• Peter Pan: Possible to do right after SDMT? Right now I don't have a Peter Pan FP.
• 9am-10am FP: Enchanted Tales with Belle (Is this a good use of a FP?)
• 10am-11am FP: Winnie the Pooh
• 11am-12pm FP: Space Mountain

I'm hoping to be out of MK by 12:30 for a pool break, then we hop to Epcot.

Tuesday 11/5 HS opens at 9

• Rope Drop - SDD? Or Millennium Falcon?
• 10:15-11:15 Toy Story Mania
• 11:30-12:30 Star Tours
• 12:35-12:50 Voyage with Little Mermaid
• 2:25 Savi's Lightsaber appt 2 people

Hopping to AK in the late afternoon.

Wednesday 11/6 Epcot opens at 9

• Akershus PPO
• FEA: Right after PPO with Anna and Elsa meet n greet following the ride
• 9:35am-10:35am: Test Track
• 10:40am-11:40am: Mission Space
• 11:40-12:40pm: Figment (this is kind of a last minute what else do I get at Epcot moment)
• Hoping to ride Spaceship Earth on the way out of Epcot around lunch. Then Pool break and hop to MK which has evening EMH.
• BBB 4:15pm
• CRT: 7pm

Thursday 11/7 Animal Kingdom opens at 9

• Rope Drop FOP
• 9:10-10:10 Navi River Journey
• 10:15-11:15 Safari
• 11:50-12:50: Dinosaur
• We are hoping back to HS in the afternoon.
• 6:15 H&V Fantasmic package
• Do we try for SDD or Millennium Falcon at the end of the night? How will this impact Fantasmic?

Friday 11/8 Magic Kingdom EMH at 8am (party night also)

• Planning to do EMH (not sure what yet)
• 9:20-10:20am Splash Mountain
• 10:40-11:40am Haunted Mansion
• 11:50: Liberty Tree Tavern
• 11:45-12:45: SDMT (I know this is going to be close with the 11:50 lunch, but hoping with the 15min grace period I can make it. Otherwise right now I have to modify to late afternoon. Thoughts?)
• Nothing else planned after SDMT as this is our last day and MK will be closing at 6pm. We might spend the day there, hop somewhere else, or just go back to the hotel depending on how we're feeling.

Can you move LTT up to say 11:30 instead of modifying FP for Sdmt? It would give you more of a cushion that way without pushing back your whole day if you can use HM FP in early part of window? I know lunch there is tough adr sometimes but using the tp res finder has always worked for me on that one. We will be there some of same days ...my FP day is Saturday though so I’m anxiously awaiting to see what I’ll get! Sounds like you have a great trip planned!

Enchanted Tales, like Pooh, can be a good use of a FastPass, but PP is pretty much always a better one. If the opportunity to swap either of those presents itself, I’d suggest that you do it.

Oh my gosh without knowing what they’ll do with EMH it’s so hard to know...I’d suggest you plan to RD SDD and do MFSR right before or after Savis.

See you there! We have very similar plans for 11/5. If hours stay the same we'll get there very early and RD Millennium Falcon. We have a 9:55 Toy Story Mania FP and an 11:00 Star Tours FP then a show. We only have a half day at HS before we fly home so we're skipping SDD in favor of Galaxy's Edge.

Thanks for the suggestion. I set up a LTT TP reservation finder so hopefully that will come through. Good luck on your FP day! I am already obsessively checking to see what opens up. Still hoping for SDD.

That's what I'm hoping. I didn't understand the hysteria behind PP until I saw it first hand this morning. There were some morning times available on our MK day that I didn't take and by the afternoon there was nothing until later in the day.

Oh I did not know what to do with my FPs in HS. I'm hoping they extend the EMH but only for HS, I kind of like the way the rest of my plans are falling into place. I might try to rope drop SDD and stay in TSL for the morning, but then I will probably have a very long line for Smuggler's Run in the afternoon.

I’m hoping they extend emh for dhs as well as I feel an early morning rope drop would be worth it since FP tiers are such a mess there.

Also I forgot to add, we were there in December 2017 and RD sdmt...by no means first in line but definitely in first half...and there was some kind of operational delay...it was probably about 10-15 minutes before ride started running (although it felt like an eternity lol) then maybe 15 minutes in line once up and running..we went to pp next and still only waited about 15 mins so I think that’s a viable option if you can’t swap out fp. Now we are two adults and move quickly but are not speedwalking or throwing elbows or anything.

We'll have to see whether this remains the case, especially if they end EEMH on 11/2, but I think so far lines at Millennium Falcon have been longest in the morning then dropped mid-day.

Or if you could move it back to 12:30 that would work too. With two 6 year olds, I would say that SDMT is probably more important than the lunch reservation. If you can't move it I would cancel it and just get counter service somewhere when convenient to your plans.

I’m hoping I can move LTT. That was my mom’s one request so I’m trying to keep that one. We will have hopefully also ridden SDMT a few days before after a PPO, so the FP on our last day will be like a bonus for the kids. I don’t remember planning being this difficult when I was younger lol, you just went to the park with EMH and grabbed the paper FPs.

Btw, I checked yesterday afternoon and SDD was down to a 35 min wait and Smugglers Run was 45 min. Hoping it stays that way in the afternoons!
