FP+/DAS available for SWGE?

When do you think FP+ will be available for the SWGE rides? Likewise, are they offering any DAS for either ride? I'm assuming not for ROTR yet, but any idea when they will?

Just wondering if either FP or DAS will be available to use by June.

Fastpass is just a guess at this point. They’ll make the switch when they feel like it.
DAS is currently available on both rides. However for Rise, you need a boarding group to use the DAS with.

So how does that work (using a DAS with a boarding group)?

For SR, I'm assuming they're done boarding groups now, so your DAS is just done as normal (go up and get a return time based on current wait)?

You get a boarding group as everybody else does in the morning. You go to the cast at the front of the ride, and they’ll set up the DAS for you. You come back when your group is called. Then you use the fastpass line to get on the ride.

Smugglers Run never had boarding groups (the land did for a few hours in World, and the reservation system in Land). It’s worked the same as the other rides since opening. It just doesn’t have fastpass.

Okay, so if you don't have DAS when your group is called you stand in the standby lane, but if you have DAS you go through FP+ lane so it's a shorter wait? Sorry, just trying to make sure I understand it correctly

when the ride is operating properly there really isn't a difference in wait times from standby line to fp line, the fp line is way shorter though so you don't go through the outside queue and skip much of the caves. The DAS will save you about 10 min and you go straight into the pre show room
Without spoiling the ride this is hard to explain, there's a second area where you will need to queue, but it is all part of the attraction and cannot be skipped
