But OP is only thinking his account is locking up each day. FP#4s cannot be booked on a locked account. OP has never stated he called the phone number. A phone call must be placed to IT to remove the lock.But. Isn't that what's going on with the op? He's using it correctly but he's blocked?
I'm on mobile and can't see signatures to find out if they were there since June 7, so maybe I'm missing something. But nothing on his post says he had previously done what you've said has to happen for his account to be locked.
He has not shared if he has allowed others to use his Profile with booked FPs when he was not in the park.
The only thing that now causes a lock is if FPs are used and a linked ticket has not been used for park entry.
The OP is basing it on bad software when he has not given any background info regarding FP usage on his account.
