FP carland radiator spring racer

Is it true that all fast pass will be given out within hour of opening for the car land radiator spring racer ? I think the park opens at 8 now but my kids probably won't be out of bed that early and we won't make it to the park til most likely 10am!

At a 8am opening.
On a slow day they can last until after 3pm (Off Season Weekdays)
On a usual day they can last until 11am-12pm (Off Season Weekend)
On a busy day until 10am (Holiday Weeks/Weekends)
On a very busy day an hour to an hour and a half (New Years Eve and 4th of July)
