This will be the first trip for us under the FP+ system.

5 people, Aug 30 -Sept 12

On the day we go to Animal Kingdom, my plan is to get a FP for Kali river rapids for the 3 kids only, 5 for Everest and 5 for something else. That leaves 2 FP left for my husband and I.

Can I use those 2 FP on a late viewing with Anna and Elsa for my daughter and I? Can my husband give his fast pass to my daughter? We go into the Magic KIngdom all together, and then he gives his band to her to see the princesses? It seems like a sacrifice a dad would make.

Thanks for your help.

1. Yes.
2. Yes.
(BTW, he does not even have to go to or be in the park in order for his FP+
to be used by others in your party.)

But, not at MK.

From what I understand, all of your fastpass+ need to be at the same park. (I'm afraid I will be missing the old fastpass system!) So theoretically, this could work, but it would be difficult. Especially if you are going at a busy time. You would have to get the fastpass+ that you are currently planning, plus a throw away for you and your husband at AK that takes place as early as possible. Then hop over to MK, and hope that there is still availability for A&E at the kiosk as an additional fastpass. Sounds to me like those go away well before same day, but I honestly haven't paid much attention to that fastpass. My boys couldn't be less interested!

Yes, your husband and daughter may swap bands.

The issue with the plan is from what I understand, you are planning to pre-book mostly AK fastpasses. You cannot pre-book FPs for multiple parks, so you would be attempting to get a late fastpass for A&E from the kiosk after arriving at MK (& might as well book all of yours at AK at that point since you'd have to go to a kiosk at MK anyway). While I have seen it available, it is not at all common and shouldn't be counted on. So your issue is going to be seeing A&E. If A&E is a must, maybe rope drop AK to do the things you mentioned, and book MK fastpasses (including A&E) for later in the day.

Okay...no that won't work then. I didn't realize it was one park only. Clearly I need to do more research. I just realized that I would have these 2 FP free and thought it would be a good way to sneak in the princesses without breaking up the family on our Magic Kingdom days.

Thanks for your help.
